Marbleized endpapers. Previous owner also put additional etching of George Washington and Washington at Home(See Pictures). They also have some older newspaper clippings one dated 1957. They measure 9" x 11.5" First edition, thick quarto, pp. 640, 46 steel engraved portraits; pp. 638, 73 steel engraved portraits, extra engraved title for each volume.
