Received within the week. Communication took around 3 days but was able to get a reply. Listing said new open box but only received earbuds only. I tried to communicate with the seller but was told it was just for what was pictured. The earbuds were new and wrapped in bubble wrap and sound great. I would have paid the extra for the complete set if it was stated correctly. The packing and earbuds look great and sound great overall.

Seller handling time was longer than usual. Packaging was professional. Item was as described. Seller has so many of the Items, who keeps listing this same item while i bought one, and what i got looks like an open box return. Found nothing bad about it after testing AF decentering and resolution. Great value.
