This seller has great communication skills. They QUICKLY responded to my questions & addresses all my concerns. I was kept updated on the required extensive packaging, & drop off status. The packaging was done with great care, & FedEx was used (@ my request. FedEx usually does better with Hi-Fi equipment). Dual 1219 turntables are HARD TO SHIP successfully. This one WAS NOT badly damaged like one was that I bought from a DIFFERENT ebayer. FAST shipping from this seller. Would buy from again!

Item arrived in good packaging, very well protected. Shipping time was very odd, I had other eBay items all arrive at one time. The chopper is in used condition and is as described. Some paint wear, it looks like someone enjoyed it during its life.
