I only rated it low because I never received the item. USPS stated it was delivered and they never really delivered it since my office is by my door. The seller was very responsive and di refund my money and I sent proof of filing a claim with the USPS about item stating delivery when it was none. I would definitely do business with this seller again becuase of the quick attentiveness and getting my refund along with an apology email. I do know that it was not the seller's fault at all.
