Item arrived perfectly packed in waterproof plastic, with padding on the outside. FAST shipping time, it arrived in 3-4 days from Japan--I was amazed! Brand new, in perfect condition, and I can t wait to set it up. Seller also informed me of the converter necessary to operate this machine, as Japan uses different electrical wattage than the U.S., critical info of which I was unaware, so now I won t ruin this great piece of equipment. Thank you--I highly recommend this seller!

Arrived in record time and was packaged well. 5* seller and great communication. The only downer was package was held up in post office due to a customs charge. To the UK item and postage must be under £135 and mine was slightly over and had to pay an extra £37. Wasn't seller's fault but now I am aware. Thank you so much for items.
