Shipping time was longer than I expected but fine, shipping charges were fine, seller communication was good, and item description was good except for no working lights and sounds. I m glad to know that the seller managed to fine a way to unscrew that Phillips screw in the battery panel and replace the batteries that were present there. I m guessing he put in a new Phillips screw in after putting the battery panel back in and now the item is sellable again for someone else to get. Kevin Stroik
