Advised the seller to make sure the item was to be carefully bubble wrapped and sent in a secure box as it was being shipped to another country. The seller instead sent it in a cheap plastc mailing bag which gave it little protection. The seller was sloppy, incompetent and very unprofessional. Very poor service.
