The box is well packed and no damage . Item is brand new as described by the seller which makes me being extremely happy to see ^^. There is problem with Canada Post shipping as Canada Post Strike during the time but I am glad it delivered before Christmas. The price is well reasonable that I would love to check the seller list which I might want to buy other robot spirits from this seller
