Seller posted USPS tracking number after payment but item was never marked in the tracking information as "accepted" by USPS. Ebay sales are a Contract. I have been a registered Seller on Ebay since 1997 and have NEVER seen an item Lost by USPS (especially mailed within the same state). I have noo proof, but I believe Seller may have realized the item was sold at too low of a buy it now price and never shipped.
