After searching for a few years I finally located this bag that has sentimental value to me, I couldn’t purchase it directly from Coach as it was sold out and discontinued. The seller was responsive, and shipping was extremely fast. The item and shipping cost is fair for the item. They used DHL which is reliable and tracked. Item was exactly what they showed and was packaged very good. It also came in very quick about a week after I purchased the product. Communication with the seller was excellent, although I was looking for an English version they informed me it was in Japanese and even offered a refund if I wanted before shipping. In the end I still accepted the product and have no regrets, this seller is completely trustworthy for those with concerns.
