Neat rubbery feeling "action figure" (I think it is PVC). LARGE! Just under 12" long, just over 12" wingspan and about 7" tall. C.2019 according to the tail. Color is similar to a dark specialty mustard. DOES NOT STAND ON IT'S OWN! Too top heavy, so it falls over. If you put weight on it's tail, you can get it to stand up as shown in the picture. Will be shipped in a sturdy box - It doesn't weigh to much, but because of the size, the weight of the cardboard will likely put it over a pound.
