The hat was as described and I am very happy with the way it was packaged. Shipping was with the USPS. Very slow with several delays along the way. No fault of the seller. The cost of shipping was in line with what I would expect to pay but the service fron the USPS was not up to the level I am accustomed to receiving from UPS.
