Kit was not complete. Told seller, ended up driving around to 3 different craft stores and couldn’t complete the kit. Not sure if it was sellers or Bucilla fault. Package looked factory sealed. Bucilla making good on kit pieces that were missing. Shame there are no more questions to answer, condition of pieces were fine, the transaction was unique as I offered a bud and never heard it had been accepted , only that I was charged and it was on its way. As far as shipping, it was fair

The item arrived broken. However the seller was very helpful and quickly refunded my money. The seller took extra care packaging the item but unfortunately the USPS broke it during shipping.
