While I haven't opened the original box that the figure is in, it's a gift to a friend, the box itself is in pristine condition as advertised. I can say that the packaging to protect and ship the item was really done with care and knowledge as to how items are sometimes handled during transit. I couldn't be happier with the process to find the item, pay for it, and receive it in a very timely manner. ToyArena will be first on the list for future purchases.
