Due to how annoying it is to get anything shipped to America due to tariffs and whatnot, it took a really long time to receive the product, but that's alright! I contacted the shop saying that if it was too difficult or expensive, to cancel the order since I didn't want to be a bother, and they were really nice and prompt with replying! They were super nice about it and said to not worry and it would ship out soon Arrived totally safe and sound, figure is brand new and the box wasn't scuffed 3

Slightly slow dispatch but messaging the seller they advise 5 to 10 working days for item to be dispatched has they said they are on there own processing and packing loads of orders which is understandable and once dispatched item arrived very quick and a week earlier than estimated delivery dates and item came well packaged and has described good communication and good ebayer highly recommended and my friend who's a big pokemon fan who the cushion is for absolutely loves it .

Items arrived safely and were exactly as described. Shipping did take some time, but that's to be expected with international. Plus, the shipping cost was cheap, so no complaints there. The seller did send the wrong version of one of the items the first time (an easy mistake since they look very similar), but they were quick to respond and get the right item out to me, and they kept me updated on it. Definitely worth the money!
