I was both impressed and happy that nothing was lost to time and everything was included and complete. Item model number was incorrect on the listing. The model listed was for a directv stream box but the item i received was a different model number to be used with satellite TV. Seemless return though and good communication. The item was in excellent condition and packaged well. Shipping time was excellent. Good seller, i just think it was an honest mistake.
