Absolutely lovely experience! I purchased this item to replace a beloved stuffie that was lost when our family's home burned in the LA Wildfires. When it came time to enter the shipping address, I automatically entered our home's address--a house no longer exists. When I reached out to the seller to explain the situation, she was incredibly kind and compassionate, and sent us the bear free of charge! So sorry that this has taken so long to get back to you, i was in the hospital for a week when the package came. I just got the package opened and wow!
