Arrived on Sunday 30/03/2025, securely packaged (although this must of taken a knocking during transit as fat box was slightly broken, I have spares so not at all concerned (this was sent from the USA). Item was a brand new sealed opera box set - the slip case, booklet and both compact disc were all intact other than the fat box damage as mentioned above. Arrived in very good time too (well ahead of the ETA). I have long been wanting this opera set so very satisfied with this purchase. Thank you

While I never received the books, the seller was amazing to work with. Once they understood I hadn’t received the books they followed up with USPS. The package was lost; which was completely out of the control of the seller. The seller issued a full refund for the order. The seller communicated quickly and effectively, and did everything in their power to correct a situation that was out of their control. I would absolutely buy from the seller again.
