The emblem came quickly, but had been sent in an envelope with no padding, so there was a tear in the product. I sent photos of this, and the seller very promptly responded. A second one was sent at no extra charge, and also arrived quickly. The only reason I chose 4 stars was because of the initial damage caused by lack of protection. Other than that, I was very pleased with the product and the good service!

Great product/ good price/ good seller communication/ fast delivery/ well packaged... That being said, I intentionally come to eBay to avoid Amazon and this still came from Amazon- so I am VERY disappointed in that. I wish eBay would require sellers to reveal if their product will actually come from Amazon.
