It arrived well packaged and with plenty of surprisingly decent tools. Item is brand new as described, good price. Adhesive included. The shipping time was great considering the weather. I'm not a fan of the tracking method used. All it said was "Arrived at shipping facility" and "Departed shipping facility", over and over until it arrived. It never mentioned any cities enroute. So I really had no idea when it would arrive, which defeats the purpose of tracking doesn't it?

The listing photos are for the older version of this type of pencils and that was the whole reason why I bought it. But the box arrived as the new version of the pencil. I suggest that the seller at least change the listing photos so they would not be misleading. Just give the benefit of doubt, the seller may not know about the difference her/himself, so I still have a 5 star rating.
