Item was as advertised and arrived in great condition. The item was not delivered in the original time estimated to arrive. In checking with the Seller about the delay, the Seller determined the post office had received the item, but had internally lost the item and had not shipped it. After the Seller contacted the post office, the item was then found and shipped. The Seller did a great job of investigating why the item had not arrived, kept in communication and solved the problem.

Item was great but shipping and packaging were extremely lacking. It is pure luck the item arrived undamaged or even in the shipping box. Hands down the worst shipping I've experienced in 20+ years of buying online. Seller really needs to take more care.
