You went above and beyond what was expected, including a case and a charger, and having the battery fully charged. Shipping was faster than anticipated from such a distance. Item quality, appearance, & condition were as described. Value was good, seeing as my prior phone was destroyed, and the shop needed a phone in any working condition to be turned in to give a discount. The phone turned on and was responsive to touch.
