I ordered two of these packs of star wars cards but received two packs of One Piece instead. I immediately wrote the seller who apologized but only offered a $60 refund. When I rebutted a supervisor responded and handled the situation very well. They first asked for me to return the boxes and would pay shipping but then ultimately gave me a full refund and let me keep the two boxes of One Piece. I am very happy with the service and care.
