Arrived in perfect condition .Generously wrapped in clean fresh packing material.This beautiful doll was much more than I expected.It looked brand new. I also appreciate the carrier was FedEx. The box was carefully marked with FRAGILE stickers. Nice! I love this seller and would buy again.

Very happy with the item ! Seller shipped in a timely manner but it was a miracle the item didn’t arrive broken because it was very poorly wrapped and the box it was mailed in was paper thin it wasn’t a shipping box.
