Extension power strip is new, and exactly as described. Shipping however, was not by USPS, FedEx or UPS which are all trackable and reliable. It was sent by an unknown shipper and I was not provided a tracking number. In future, I will confirm shipping method before buying. Otherwise, product is working great.
