New, with only the outer box open, as described and pictured in the listing. Packaged well (bubble wrapped, etc.) and arrived in perfect condition. Packaged was initially delivered to the wrong address, but this was a delivery driver issue, the seller’s label was correct. Overall shipping was still fast.
