item came sealed but was stated to be brand new starter decks out the sealed case & the pegasus booster box came with creases all on the top. so other than that the items was as described & good condition. but not brand new mint condition starter decks out the box as described. i don’t know if it was due to being packed in the small box or during transit. other than that the seller is reliable & it wasn’t damaged enough to warrant a bad review or return due to purchasing this over seas.
