Item arrived exactly as described. Wound up replacing the screen due to some scratches and dings around the side (all were pictured and expected) and even the internals were in tact. Typically the vitas I get on here are missing screws and plastic bits inside the console but not this one. Even came with a memory card (unexpected bonus). Shipped out quickly and arrived on time without delay. Can’t ask for more, I highly recommend and vouch for this seller 100%. I will likely be back for more!!!!
