Never received this item or tracking info, and seller refunded in full. After weeks of waiting for tracking info, I reacted out. Seller said it shipped days prior but didnt have tracking #. I asked for tracking several times, and when they couldn't provide it, after saying the item had shipped multiple days prior, I asked for a refund, which they done fast & without hesitation. I do not think this was ever shipped but I'm thankful they refunded it.

When I received my package it was not sealed or new as described. However, I reached out to the seller who immediately realized they sent me the wrong item and said they would send me the correct one. I really appreciate them realizing the issue right away and trying to remedy it immediately. Thank you for the great customer service. Would be happy to purchase from them again.

Considering that this item was coming from Korea it arrived fairly quickly and much sooner than the anticipated delivery date. It was dispatched on the 9/4 and I received it 13/4. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I have used the Purple dye for several years and it’s very long lasting.
