   First off, thank you for the price offer! The item arrived surrounded by a layer of bubble wrap inside a solid parcel. The nose of the figure has some damage, like a small, black colored, hole in the nose. Which is sad, since I will look at it all the time without the chance to fix it. This damage wasn't there in the auction pictures and I have no clue how it even got there, the head is tilted slightly different compared to the auction pictures, but it's exactly the item pictured in the auction.

   Quick shipping, packaging was great and done carefully and figure along with its original packaging arrived intact and in pristine condition. Item is just as described and shown in the original post, and cost for the item along with the shipping fee was a fantastic deal. The figure itself looks absolutely amazing and will make for a great addition to my Spawn collection. Great seller, highly recommended, thank you very much!!!! A++++

   Alright guys I wanted to say how happy I am to do business with Hero Quest Collectables. The card didn’t arrive but they made sure that I was happy. When I asked them why the card wasn’t being tracked they quickly apologized and offered me a full refund for my purchase. Great customer service is what I look for in business. So I will be shopping from them again. Thanks guys!
