Item was in shrink new just as described. The only “unpleasant” thing was the shipping box got banged up and one side was partially opened. Thankfully the item ordered was on the other side of the box and not affected. Obviously it was on the delivery team, but when I saw the box it did have me concerned. Like I said item purchased was well protected and not damaged. Very pleased with seller, not so pleased with the carrier service.
