This is a 1999 "Zogu" figure, based on the Ultraman Gaia series, by Bandai. See pictures for details and a measurement on this Ultra Monster! CONDITION: One of the wings is bent. Some other very small signs of use as well, but it looks good otherwise. See pictures for condition details. Don't miss out! P.S.
