The album is highlighted throughout with vivid chromolithographs, which depicts scenes of tennis, baseball, football, cricket, skiing, and more. Illustrated with a total of eleven striking chromolithographs. This beautiful album contains fifty-seven mounted photographs, and two photographs loosely inserted. The music box is fully operational, a comb and cylinder device mounted in the rear paste down. Including the original key, which can be inserted into a winding hole to the rear board. The music box is now operated by a string attached to the brass clasp, which can be pulled to play the song. One mounted photograph has the names Evelyn and Kathleen Richardson in pencil. CONDITION In a full morocco binding, rebacked with the original embossed boards restores. Externally, generally smart, with light fading and rubbing to the boards, rubbing a little heavier to the extremities. Minor bumping to the extremities. Small bookplate to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with some spots. A few very small closed tears to the leaves, with small tape repairs. Photographs are generally bright with some fading and spots.
