DVD is clearly used; however, it's condition is exactly as the seller described. I am extremely glad to have this as the only other copy of this movie I could find did not have English subtitles. I'm glad I waited for this to show up, and I can finally watch the Saikano movie. Seller was quick to communicate and also quick to ship, and the order arrived very nice. Furthermore, will all things considered, such as it being used and quality it is in, also shipping, the price was reasonable and fair

Wow, what an amazing seller. 5 stars aren't enough to describe this experience. I can tell you this is by far the best seller I have ever worked with, from communication, to item description, to shipping, it was amazing. I reached out on Thanksgiving, at dinner time too asked about an item not even listed for sale yet. Great seller. Item came in great condition, just as described and shown in the images. It was packed well, with padding and items were wrapped to ensure safety. The seller posted quickly, allowing for quick delivery. Price of item was great, especially as they had several listings and was willing to combine to allow for a single postage charge.
